Information you submit
RecruitJustice may collect professional information you voluntarily submit when you apply for a recruitment opportunity, including your name, contact information, professional experience, practice area, LinkedIn profile and resume or professional summary.
How it may be used
Your information may be reviewed for recruitment purposes, used to communicate with you and, when relevant, presented to a prospective hiring organization for consideration.
Your responsibility
Please provide accurate professional information and only information that you are authorized to share. Do not include confidential information belonging to a current or former client, employer or other party.
Information not to submit
Do not submit Social Security numbers, passport numbers, bank or payment details, passwords, medical records, confidential case files, privileged communications or other sensitive personal or confidential information through the candidate form.
Lawful Processing and Recruitment Communications
RecruitJustice will process candidate information using a lawful basis appropriate to the particular activity and applicable law. A candidate submission does not automatically mean that every future use of the information is based on consent. Where consent is required, it will be requested separately and may be withdrawn as required by law.
Automated Tools and Human Review
Recruitment operations may use software or AI-assisted tools to organize, search, summarize or compare professional information. Where such tools are used, RecruitJustice will seek to use them transparently, proportionately and with appropriate human oversight and safeguards. They are not described as a substitute for the hiring organization’s own evaluation.
Retention and Your Rights
We aim to retain candidate information only as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant recruitment and business purposes or as required by law.
